All City of Sumter and Sumter County Government offices will operate on a normal schedule on Monday, September 17, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
All City parks and services will resume on a normal schedule on Monday as well.
Sumter School District will also be reopening on Monday.
According to the Sumter County Emergency Management Office, the two schools that served as shelters – Mayewood Middle School and Sumter High School – have zero occupants and are now closed.
Sumter County’s Emergency Operations Center closed at noon today.
